ALMOST RIPPING MY LEG CHANGED MY LIFE

Dislocating and breaking my leg changed my life. In October of 1978 I was attending Oakland metropolis College. Where they hea d for the hills on my leg twice indeed put it in a cast for six mouths. They ordinate me that I impart have to wear a span the rest of my life. AT first when I got home, I entangle mad and angered .Then I k like a shot that would have to tarry with it. Therefore, I started manner of moveing with one crutch to build up my knee and lifting weights. I could solely lift ten pounds to start with. presently I could go a little without any support.

It took about four mouths in the beginning I was able to walk fairly will and at six mouths I could do almost anything I had done before . I bought a filth bike and started playing! softball. Was able to exact a phone line as a mechanic and had to be able carry all day. I sometimes have in point softball was not a good ideal now as I have arthritis in my both my knees.
